Kellkar brings deep experience across product development and global sourcing, with a career spent helping retail organizations operate faster, smarter, and more profitably. She has held senior leadership roles at Maurices, Kit and Ace, Kenneth Cole Productions, Talbots, American Eagle Outfitters, and Club Monaco, where she partnered closely with product, merchandising, and operations teams to strengthen performance and deliver meaningful results.

A collaborative and trusted leader, Swati is known for navigating complex global sourcing environments, optimizing vendor partnerships, and building high performing, aligned teams. Her work has consistently driven margin improvement, enhanced product quality, and faster speed to market, while thoughtfully balancing cost, agility, and the customer experience.
